I decided to bring back my favorite things – everything I’ve actually bought with my own money and LOVED during the month of October!
In no particular order, here are my FIVE most favorite things lately:
1. This new recliner!
OK so my husband has always wanted a recliner but I haven’t because they can just be soooo ugly!
I’d heard about this recliner from a few of my favorite design Instagram friends – and just decided to bite the bullet and order it. I wasn’t sure if I would love it BUT I LOVE IT SO MUCH! Dang, for the price and the quality you really CANNOT beat this chair.
I sit in it every morning and drink my coffee for a few minutes – and every single morning I think “why didn’t I buy this sooner?” 😅 (PS have you seen this little corner of our new house yet? And the instructions for how I style shelves? A lot of people said it was really helpful for them!)

2. This oversized cozy sweater
Am I the only one that’s excited turtlenecks are coming back in style? I personally love the coziness! When I shared it on Instagram SO many of you loved it, I thought it was worth sharing here!
I got this turtleneck oversized sweater the other week and I have NOT wanted to take it off!! It’s so dang cozy!
It just covers my butt (I’m usually a M/L and I got a medium), is SO cozy and washes well!

3. My favorite (budget friendly) fall eyeshadow palette
I was tempted to buy one of those Naked palettes because they’re SO dang pretty, but then I decided to save my money and get this eyeshadow palette instead. You can get it at a few different stores but its cheapest on Amazon right now! It’s soooo pretty and is such a great color palette for fall! Loving it lately!

4. The BEST dry shampoo I’ve ever used
I bought my very first thing from Ulta – does this make me a real adult? 😂 I was skeptical of this dry shampoo because it was more expensive than my dry shampoo I was using – so I got it on a good sale. And DANG IT IS SO MUCH BETTER than what I was using. I desperately need dry shampoo because my hair get greasy like 12 hours after I wash it 🙄 But believe me when I tell you this one is a game changer!!

5. The best budget friendly hooks that actually look good
Did you know how expensive hooks can be? Like- just basic ones from Target? I found that out when we did a mini mudroom makeover in our last home – and then I did some searching and found THESE hooks. I will now have used them in 3 different spaces once we get our new ones hung up 😅 I don’t care – they’re great! Sturdy, functional, and look great. Very impressed with these!
Seriously – you can get TWELVE hooks for the price of two at other stores!
OK I want to keep it to five things I recommend each month – but you can click the images below for things that I have bought in the last few months and absolutely recommend! I hope you guys know by now that I would never recommend something to you unless I truly loved it!
