I shared the first floor pictures from our house last week – let’s take a walk upstairs today!
All 3 of the bedrooms are upstairs, as well as our second full bathroom. The rooms are definitely not big- but we’re totally OK with that! We’ll find creative ways to maximize space in these bedrooms over the years.
UPSTAIRS BATHROOM:
The second full bathroom is on the top of the stair. Although there’s lots of the ever famous “dusty rose” accents – thankfully all of the tiling & fixtures are gray, not pink!
BEDROOM #1:
To the right of the bathroom is the smallest of the 3 bedrooms. It’s in the back of the house, and overlooks the back yard. For now, this bedroom will serve as a home office. I’m so excited to have some space to do work in here! BUT those mirrored closet doors will be leaving very shortly
BEDROOM #2:
This bedroom is on the side of the house, and looks out to the side street. This will be our nursery!
I just love that skinny closet in the corner – how cute!
MASTER BEDROOM:
The master bedroom is in the front of the house, and the windows look out to the main street. We are seriously in LOVE with the carpet choice in this room (note the sarcasm – ha!)
There’s definitely not a lack of storage space in this house – the master bedroom has 3 closets! There’s a third closet to the left of our door frame
Here’s the view from the master bedroom door – attic door on the left (unfinished) – nursery is the first door on the right, office is the second door on the right, and the bathroom is straight ahead:
I’ll post outdoor pictures next week – and then I’ll hopefully have some pictures to show you the progress we’ve made on the house so far! We’re working hard, and are getting excited to see progress being made

I’m seriously OBSESSED with the woodwork in this house – it is GORGEOUS! Those thick frames around the windows? I think I actually whimpered a little 😉
There is so much potential – I can’t wait to see what you guys do to it all!
And that carpet in the master? oh em gee. 😉

Yes, the woodwork is beautiful! Was that bedroom carpet really purple or is it just showing up that way in the pic? Wow, you’ll be leaving that as is, right? Wink, wink! Can’t wait to see what you’ve gotten done. I know you must be so excited to do the nursery!

Congratulations!! Your house is so lovely! It has such great character and great light. I can’t wait to see it with hardwood floors.
I love my white trim, but I do have to say that your wood trim is so rich and gorgeous that I wouldn’t be able to paint it either.
Have so much fun decorating!
