I am usually one of those people who is wrapping (sloppily) on Christmas Eve at about 11:00. I was STILL wrapping at 11:00 on Christmas Eve, but they looked a lot cuter than they have in previous years! I discovered the joys of brown paper packages this year, and I LOVE it! I don’t think I’ll ever go back!
The best thing is how thrifty this is! I bought rolls of brown packing paper from the Dollar Store:
I had my hubby wrap up the boxes with the packing paper (just make sure that you mark who the presents are for…we used post-its):
Then I just found things in my craft closet to embellish the packages!
This is a great project to use scraps of fabric, paper, ribbon, etc. that you have around the house. It honestly didn’t take too long, but the results were so fun 🙂
