I already shared my wooden nativity scene with you guys the other day – and now I’m excited to share the beginnings of our Christmas decorating!
In an effort to save money but still buy some amazing stockings, I bought these from Ballard Designs last year AFTER Christmas (you know, when no one wants to buy Christmas decorations anymore) for less than $10 each. I loved that they were mostly white with some gray stitching, but now I wish I had bought FOUR of them – we’ll be needing that fourth next year!!
I bought a simple garland at the craft store, and then added those white dangly things (nice description, right??) Ha! It just felt like it was missing “something”…so I made these little tags with my brand new Silhouette Portrait:
And yep – that was it! I kind of love how it all turned out! I apologize in advance – you’re going to be seeing a LOT of Silhouette projects in the future – this is a little addicting!!
I just used cardstock for these tags, but I used my adhesive vinyl for the wooden nativity scene I shared the other day:
As for another adorable Christmas addition to our house this year? I LOVE my Lemony Stitch linen banner so much, I hung it in our big door between our two main rooms downstairs:
Notice the little blur of a wild toddler down there? Yeah – there were some pictures that didn’t have him in them, but I figured I’d share real life with you Love that kid!
Anyways – as I shared on Instagram the other day – I LOVE Julie (from Lemony Stitch) and you should totally look through her adorable shop!
And I’m so excited to continue to dress our house up in Christmas neutrals again this year – it’s so classic & pretty!!
Alright – I won’t tease you any more!!
