You ladies indicated on my 2013 survey that you want to see more recipes on my site – so here goes! First, a disclaimer. I am not a food blogger! BUT I do cook dinner at least 5 times a week, I rarely repeat meals, and I love getting a little creative in the kitchen! Just don’t judge my lack of food-blogger photos please!
These loaded tailgating burgers are one of my hubby’s most favorite recipes that I make. They’re seriously the perfect game day food!
They’re such an improvement from the boring old burger, and you’ll have your man salivating over these! Can you imagine how many brownie points you would win by making these for him and his friends for the big game this year?
The best part is that these are honestly simple to make!
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan or Asiago cheese
- 1/4 cup barbeque sauce
- 1/4 cup beer
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 TBSP basil
- 2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
Mix ingredients together – my hubby likes to do it with his hands. I am more than happy to let him take that over
Once you’ve mixed all of the ingredients, form into 8 patties, and grill!
Of course I make it super messy and add lots of condiments – tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, cheese, and ketchup! Love!
We made some sweet potato fries on the side – mmmm!
Hi, this looks so yummy 😉 and it’s lunch time! Make’s my mouth water!
Just found your blog on hometalk when I searched for bloggers closest to me and you came up.
I will be following 🙂 Nice to meet you!
Yum! If I could stomach hamburger or even fire up the grill in these freeeezing temps, I’d be all over these 🙂 Definitely a must make once the weather gets warmer.
Mmmmmmmm looks so good!!! I’m totally pinning this, for the next time I can’t think of what to have for dinner!!
