Kale Pesto

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups packed kale can sub spinach too
  • 1/2 cup packed basil leaves
  • 1/3 cup olive or avocado oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts can sub cashews or almonds
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (optional, but delicious!)

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until desired consistency.
  • Keep in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 7 days. Freeze extras!
