I am so thankful to Home Decorator’s Collection for sponsoring this house tour. As always, all opinions are 100% my own. Full disclosure here.
I am so excited to share my Christmas home with you today! Since we began fixing up this house (almost exactly a year ago!) I always said that I couldn’t wait to see it decorated for Christmas. Here’s my 1902 Victorian Christmas house tour:
Come on in! Our front porch is decorated with some fresh poinsettias, greenery, and a sled I got for $2 at a yard sale.
Our office is one of the first rooms in our house – and we decked out the built-in bookshelves for Christmas. PS – I’m documenting our Christmases in this house with the #1902Christmas on my Instagram- come follow along!
The felted pom pom garland from Home Decorator’s Collection is my favorite – so festive and fun! My son is especially excited about them – he says, “Look mommy! Balls up there!” (PS – there’s an awesome givewaway at the bottom of this post for Home Decorator’s Collection!!)
I styled one of my favorite chairs in front of the bookshelves – and shared about it here! I’m also giving away a $500 giftcard in that post, so you do not want to miss it!
Also in the office – this spot is visible from almost everywhere on the first floor, so I wanted it to look really beautiful:
The fresh flowers = love. I got them from ProFlowers (if you’re looking for a good deal, check out their coupon codes here)
I used gold bottles leftover from my sister’s wedding – such an easy way to make an inexpensive statement!
If you keep walking through the house, you’ll see our perfectly imperfect real tree:
It’s got kid-friendly clumps of ornaments, and my little guy just LOVES looking at it all day. So adorable! I really love the burlap snowflake tree skirt we got this year:
Let’s head into one of my all-time favorite rooms in this house- our kitchen:
We basically live in this room! Have you seen what it used to look like?! It’s by far the biggest transformation in our house!
I added some fresh pine rope (leftover from decorating outside) on the top shelves, poinsettias, and a banner from one of my favorite Etsy shops.
The deep windowsill is really fun to decorate through the seasons – it’s such a focal spot in the room!
If you move along to our hallway (which is still unfinished – the joys of living in a fixer-upper!) you’ll see where we’re hanging our stockings this year:
I’m going to be buying at least 2 more of these garland strands for next year – I LOVE IT. It’s so full, and the flocking/glitter/pinecones are so so pretty!
The green stockings were from Target and the white stockings were from Ballard Design (3 years ago).
Heading up the stairs into the last room – our bedroom!
Adding Christmas decorations to our bedroom just upped the coziness factor by a million:
I bought this artificial Christmas tree through Balsam Hill (through Groupon) last year, and I LOVE having a simple tree in our bedroom! It’s so incredible cozy!
The only decoration we have on it is our reclaimed wood star tree topper– which is the perfect rustic touch for this room:

I would pick out a rug for my living room!
Your house is gorgeous! I enjoy seeing what you do as my house is from the same era in the same region of Pennsylvania.
I love the Advent calendar tree from Home Decorators. Thanks for the chance!
You have a gorgeous home, Christina! Thank you for giving us the grand tour! 🙂
~Abby =)
Everything looks beautiful! I’m in love with your kitchen, and I also love the idea of decorating the bedroom for the holidays! How fun.
I think your home looks lovely. I especially like the tree in your bedroom!
Love your style with all the fresh greenery, Christina! If I won a Home Decorators gift card, I would buy their preserved boxwood wreath. I’ve been wishing for one but they’re so spendy!
If I won this generous give away – I’d spend hours looking at the rugs to pick one out for our family room -there are tons of lovely ones to pick from!
Looks great – will check out instagram for more! I would choose a couple cozy throws to cuddle up to this holiday!
Love the tree in the bedroom, especially the reclaimed wood topper. A tree in my bedroom never even crossed my mind but I think I’ll start that next year!
Your home is beautiful all decked out for Christmas!
Your house is beautiful-you have beautiful taste!
I would love a new rug or two, a gift card would certainly help with that! ?
Thanks!!
Too many awesome things to choose from! I would probably get something for our home office.
Your home is beautiful!!!
I would love a new rug for my foyer, a giftcard would certainly help!
Thanks!!
Christina – I love reading about your adventures, especially your 1902 house. You are creating an absolutely beautiful home! We need a new rug in the house so I would put it towards this: http://www.homedecorators.com/p/urban-loft-shag-area-rug/40/410/
Your home looks gorgeous for the holidays, Christina! Your kitchen is fantastic! So glad to be a part of this tour with you! 🙂
I am LOVING all of the vintage style christmas decor and the round milk glass pedestal.
I’m loving the Martha Stewart houses and decorative mercury glass trees. Plus I need a rug.
I love the star. Came so close to getting it. I love your idea of no decs on the tree…so smart, and beautiful. Great to get to know you on this awesome tour, Christina!
Beautiful as always!
Love your home! I’m dreaming of the day we can buy a fixer upper
Thank you, Whitney!! Owning a fixer upper is a LOT of work, but we really do love it!!
I know it’s not ‘technically’ part of you Xmas tour, but MAN… I LOVE your kitchen! The wood plank ceiling, and the black window trim and the dark grout between the subway tile… all so chic! (I also love your fun decor… that advent calendar is wonderful.) 🙂
xxCharlotte
Oh I would love to get the Wade Area Rug! So beautiful!
Hi Christina! I just found you through the house tours. Oh my goodness, I love your home and your style! Your ceilings are amazing 🙂 Excited to follow along with your decorating adventures!
We are in desperate need of a new couch. I’m sick of the dirt and tears. I’d put this towards the purchase of Mayfair Slipcovered Sofa.
If I am very lucky to win, I would run and dance like crazy 🙂 Then I would love to buy a new Wade Area Rug. Thanks for the chance to win such an amazing giveaway.
I would buy the Cohen bed http://www.homedecorators.com/p/cohen-bed/00/270/
