I can hardly believe I’m writing this post. If you follow me on Instagram, you saw that we put our house up for sale by owner this morning:
I can’t WAIT to share where we’ll be going (and why!) but you’ll have to wait another week. Let’s just say that you’re might think we’re a little bit crazy 
In the meantime, we’ll be getting our house ready for an open house (in less than 2 weeks – yikes!) and promoting our website with allll of the information about our house.

Awesome! It looks beautiful. I’d love to hear some tips on how to keep it ‘show’ ready with a toddler! We will be listing our townhouse in the spring and I’m super nervous. Toys are taking over our house!!
ooooh Lauren, I wish I had good advice!! Right now what we’re doing is taking things out of our attic/basement and slowly bringing them to my parents garage so we can decompress some of the storage spaces and people can walk through them. And you know what else is going to my parents? ISAAC!! 🙂 Ha! He’ll be there for the open house weekend – praying we can get everything to look amazing before people come…you are NOT alone in the whole “my one year old truly lives in our house” thing 🙂
