plain Greek yogurt

fresh packed herbs
dill, mint, parsley, basil

olive oil

lemon juice

garlic
(use less if you don't love a little bite!)
salt + pepper to taste
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together
Pour over your salad + enjoy!
Store in an airtight container for up to a week
