Easy healthy creamy Greek salad dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh packed herbs dill, mint, parsley, basil
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 TBSP lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic (use less if you don't love a little bite!)
  • salt + pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients together
  • Pour over your salad + enjoy!
  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week
