Make this DIY spring sign with a simple project made from free prints (find them below!)
Anyone else so excited for spring? It’s just wonderful to see everything come back to life after the long cold winter! I’ve been really enjoying seeing spring decor ideas on Instagram, as well as sharing my own (are you following along?)
I typically don’t really decorate for spring. I don’t really decorate with eggs/bunnies for Easter, but I definitely add more greenery and color. This year, I thought it would be fun to make a really simple DIY spring sign:
Here’s what you’ll need for this project (affiliate links may be included)
- Free printables
- Flat trim wood
- Cut the trim wood one inch longer than the width of the paper (so it hangs 1/2 inch off of each side)
- Hot glue gun
- Something to hang the sign with
Watch this video to see how I made this sign (it’s super easy I promise!)
I love the little sign hanging in the middle of our boxwood wreath (see all of my secret sources for farmhouse wreaths online here)
But they really can be hung anywhere! Hope these prints and this simple tutorial help you bring a little touch of spring to your home this year!

Hello! Where did you get the flat wood trim?

You can get it at the hardware store! 🙂 It comes in longer pieces, but you can either have them cut it for you in the store or easily do it yourself 🙂
